BorneoGuide.com is the official website and the sole branding for all travel and tours related products and services of Hasa Incentives Sdn Bhd, a service provider specialising in travel and tours in and around the island of Borneo. We cater to a wide range of discerning travel needs, from the independent traveller to corporate trips, across a wide range of budgets.

Hasa Incentives Sdn Bhd, is a private limited company registered and based in Brunei Darussalam, a small wealthy nation on the northern coast of Borneo. Commencing operations in late 2007, the company is led by founder and managing director Mr. Leslie Chiang, who has more than 20 years of experience to his credit, ranging from nature and dive operations in Sabah, Malaysia, to tour management and development in Brunei.

One of our earliest ventures was an rainforest ecotourism venture with a difference. Sumbiling Eco Village was founded as joint-venture between local Iban villagers of Sumbiling Lama in Brunei's Temburong District, providing economic welfare as well as an avenue for them to cultivate a sense of pride and purpose in their tribal heritage which had a strong grounding in natural sustainability and vast knowledge of herbal and natural applications of various plants of the rainforest. Today, the venture is our flagship operation, and has welcomed many satisfied visitors who have returned home with a greater understanding of the natural environment, and of course memories of a great holiday!

We also take pride in hosting visitors who have specific travel themes or purposes, such as Australian visitors on their Brunei leg of a Borneo WW2 remembrance tour, media crew and travel writers, volunteering travellers and more. Due to a strong passion for travel and their heritage past and present, our guides and staff are well-equipped and always eager to share tales, knowledge and experiences with visitors who come our way.

Aside from our own direct operations, we also work closely with our many travel partners in providing well-chosen choices of visits, activities, accommodation, transport and other travel services that you might require during your time in and around Borneo. Our partners are chosen on the basis of share values and a consistent standard of quality and reputation.
